We’ve been following Welsh street artist Phlegm since we met him when he came to Bristol a few years ago to do a few pieces around the Easton Community Centre, so when we heard that there was an exhibition of his latest work taking place in a derelict industrial building in Sheffield we hatched a plan to head North to take a look.
